Broadwood Music Recording Studio
Terms of use of our facilities
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions as set out below.
The client has a responsibility to arrive on schedule for the session. A 15 minute grace period shall be granted per session whereby clients must contact a member of the Broadwood Music team before the session will be automatically cancelled with no refund given. If clients arrive late for a booked session it shall not be extended except in exceptional circumstances. If further time is required the client must contact a member of the team or rebook if necessary.
A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions. If a session which is less than two hours is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, a £10 fee shall be added to your next booking. This is non-negotiable.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm sessions exceeding two hours. This deposit is non-refundable and deposit must be paid in full within 7 days of booking otherwise the alloted timeslot will be made publicly available again.
Payments for goods, services and deposits can be made via paypal, bank transfer, cheque or cash delivered in person. Please contact us for further details.
In the unlikely circumstance that a session is cancelled by Broadwood Music Productions Ltd and the client is unhappy with available alternative dates/times a full refund of the deposit shall be given.
Broadwood Music Productions Ltd reserves the right to rebook sessions without reason and are able to make amendments to costs and charges for services that we offer. Clients will be kept fully informed of any such changes via our website. Confirmed sessions shall not be subject to price alterations.
Any damage caused either deliberately or accidentally to the Studio, any equipment or to any part of Newington Enterprise Center and it's associated businesses will result in the responsible person being liable to cover the costs of repair or replacement or making good in full without negotiation. In the event of damage being caused by somebody under the age of 16, the adult assuming responsibility for them during the session shall be charged in full without negotiation.
By confirming a session, the client agrees to be invoiced for any such damages and agrees to settle the costs within 30 days.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Broadwood Music Productions Ltd assumes no responsibility for any loss of information including individuals’ work and/or recordings of sessions. Broadwood Music Productions Ltd endeavor to keep a full profile of all sessions for a period of 24 months. If clients wish to obtain a copy of their session, please contact a member of the Broadwood Music team at least 1 month prior to the end of this period. Charges will apply and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
